I'd like to add that creativity on demand wouldn't be for me. A hobby gives you the freedom to do exactly what you want and how you want to do it.

Also, if you start do turn a hobby you love and do for pleasure into a job, it can cause burn-out and mean you fall out of love with the activity/craft or whatever. I'd always say think carefully before turning a much-loved hobby into a full-time job.
