I'm glad that the notion of prayer and liturgy are more widely accepted now than 30 years ago when I started writing about the subject.

I visit a 7th century saxon chapel every day on my dog walk... to give thanks and send out healing thoughts. I sing them out too, which is my favourite way of casting a spell.

I communicate with the divine, that's what I call it. Through meditation, visiting my Akashic Records, giving myself Reiki (I always end up in the weirdest places when doing that), or screaming into the void.

Agreed, it isn't just Christian....or pagan. There are also Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, and innumerable other traditions of prayer.

Absolutely! Just as I said above, people have been praying for as long as they've been in relationship with the divine. That includes all paths.

I often walk and sunrise, and as I feel the hush, a gentle connection between myself and the earth I share my thoughts with the universe. It feels like a commune. It’s such a sacred moment
